Senior Project Manager (SAP Commerce Cloud)

Job Title: Sr. SAP Commerce Cloud PM

Job Type: Contract (12 months)

Job Location: Pleasanton, CA

Work Schedule: Hybrid, 2 - 3 days onsite

Must Have:

Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically within the SAP Commerce Cloud with B2B.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for project delivery and will lead the engineering, testing, and implementation of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) ecommerce B2B solutions

You will play a crucial role in ensuring successful project execution and delivery of high-quality ecommerce solutions

Manage the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

Monitor project progress, identify, and resolve issues, and proactively manage project risks

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define technical requirements, system configurations, and integrations

Oversee the customization and extension of the SAP Commerce Cloud platform to meet business needs

Drive the testing and quality assurance processes, ensuring system stability and optimal performance

Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and data protection regulations

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams to align project objectives and expectations

Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and manage communication channels

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork

Delegate tasks and responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide feedback to team members

Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization of ecommerce operations

Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate new solutions for potential implementation

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically within the SAP Commerce Cloud with B2B.

PIM (Project Information Management) experience

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud

Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver projects within deadlines

Understanding of data security and compliance requirements in the ecommerce domain
