Law Firm Executive Director

Our client is a mid-size, growing law firm, seeking an experienced Executive Director who is a proactive, forward-thinking executive capable of providing strong strategic leadership for the Firm.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

Finance & Client Service

HR/Employee Management

Operations & IT

Marketing

Qualifications:

10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Finance, and/or general law firm management, preferably in a small to mid-size law firm, required.

Advanced knowledge of law firm finance and accounting principles.

BA and MBA preferred.

Certified Legal Manager (CLM) preferred.
