Principal or Sr. Associate

We are looking for a sharp, focused, self-starting litigator to support our rapidly growing litigation business, which is intellectual property (IP) focused but includes non-IP business litigation. The perfect candidate would have a United States Patent and Trademark Office registration number so that he or she could support IP transactional (e.g., patent prosecution) work as needed.

We are a young firm, yet we have already achieved national ranking by US News & World Report in the same tier as Irell & Manella, Skadden Arps, Mayer Brown, Sterne Kessler and Faegre.

Portable business is not required, although it's obviously a plus. Compensation is negotiable and expected to be in the 300K to 400K range for the ideal candidate, i.e., one who is able to serve in a first chair role and is comfortable serving in a second-chair role on a regular basis.
