Strongbridge has an exciting opportunity for a talented, experienced Microsoft Platform Developer with a passion for innovation to support our team. Microsoft Platform Developer candidates must be clearable for a public trust and be a US Citizen who has lived in the US for the past 3 years consecutively.

Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software.

Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.

Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.

Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software. Evaluates effectiveness.

Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.

Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.

Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management.

Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.

Troubleshooting, remediating and optimizing any and all SharePoint based issues, while also working with engineering requirements and providing strategic recommendations to management.

Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.

Acts as team leader on projects.

Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of others on the development team. Participates indevelopment of software user manuals and technical reports.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s Degree

8+ years of experience using SharePoint 2013 or newer versions and SharePoint Designer, HTML and JavaScript

8+ years of experience with relational database (i.e. SQL Server).

2+ years of experience using MSFT Power Platform.

8+ years of experience consulting clients on potential SharePoint Solutions, client presentations, translating business requirements into technical requirements.

8+ years of experience with System testing and User Acceptance Testing PowerApps.

Experience building Canvas or model-driven apps, including basing a design from an existing database.

Experience developing Data Calls using REST APIs

Demonstrated experience with JavaScript (not JAVA JRE).

Demonstrated experience automating file structure changes.

Building an interface to SharePoint backend list based on Forms or PowerApps.

Leveraging data from an on premises environment via Data Gateway.

Power BI exp designing and updating existing reports. SharePoint development experience (secondary).

Inherent experience with collaborating with cross-functional teams within the organization, and other offices to ensure the integration and compatibility of network solutions with other IT systems and applications.

Strong “solutions oriented” and collaborative mindset to drive solutions and execution for the good of the mission and team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts in a compelling, persuasive manner to non-technical persons.

Excellent ability to interact skillfully and diplomatically with numerous counterparts and build rapport, including contract stakeholders, government representatives and vendors.

Proven proficiency facilitating challenging conversations across all levels of the organization.

Must have a high level of EQ to “bring out the best” in team members, both internal and external.

Experience and composure to be the conductor of a very complex and challenging technical

“orchestra.”

Solid goal-oriented thinking, while possessing the business acumen to align projects to business outcomes.

Flexibility and ability to swiftly adapt to a customer environment and positively integrate oneself.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with a data-driven mindset.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000

The posted pay range reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
