I’m working on an unposted role at an AmLaw 100 firm in DC. Unposted means that it’s not advertised at all- not on the firm website, not on LinkedIn or Google Jobs.
What they’re looking for:
4-6 years of litigation experience in federal environmental law from employment at a national law firm, trade associate, in-house legal department, or government agency
Experience with CAA, CWA, RCRA, CERCLA, NEPA, ESA, TSCA, FIFRA, is preferred
What you’ll get:
Yes, great experience and market pay but more importantly, genuinely great people. I was just in their office on Monday and saw first-hand how people greet each other, seem happy to be there, and are not miserably alone working at their desks. All firms say they’re “collegial” but this one really is.
