Raleigh law firm seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their large, busy and growing corporate team.

Ideally, this candidate will have 3+ years of M&A, and corporate governance experience in a law firm.

A paralegal certificate is required; a BA or BS is preferred.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely several days a week.
