Role: Operations Manager

We are a locally owned and operated franchise, and we are looking for an exceptional individual to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Operations Manager Qualifications:

Office/Production/Operations Management experience

Strong communication skills (over the phone and in-person)

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task

Able to work independently without supervision

Ability to manage crews, calendars, and salespeople

Office/Production Manager Key Responsibilities:

Maintain relationships with customers

Keep the office and warehouse organized and presentable

Oversee daily office operations

Schedule all leads to appointments for sales team

Meet with sales staff weekly to discuss recent sales and production

Order all product needed for jobs accurately and follow up on delivery

Communicate with installers and customer on start dates, times, and progress

Discuss and obtain written permission for any changes in contracted work

Assist with ordering and receiving products and materials

Strive for 5/5 star rating

Update InspireNet daily with status of job and upcoming schedule via the Production DashboardCompensation:

$22.00-$28.00 hour plus bonus opportunities
