$40,000 with great benefits including paid time off and health insurance!Compensation:

$40,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Overall office organization and maintaining office equipment and supplies

Accurate data entry in various platforms and reports

Scheduling and coordinating with multiple different calendars

Completing a variety of daily checklist items

Assist with agent onboarding and off-boarding tasks

Completing tasks for various meetings, including but not limited to running audio and visual components, etc.

Being available to answer any questions from agents and staff

On occasion, driving company vehicle to properties when needed to cover for the Field Representative

Working as part of the team to achieve goals

Qualifications:

Real Estate License/Experience Preferred

Experience and proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, etc.

Exceptional eye for the details

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Highly motivated

An attitude of service

Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Driver's license with good driving record
