Cruise Booker

Overview: As a Cruise Booker, you will be responsible for facilitating the booking process for individuals and groups interested in embarking on unforgettable cruise experiences. You will assist clients in selecting the perfect cruise itinerary, accommodations, and onboard activities tailored to their preferences, ensuring a seamless booking process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and desired travel experience.

Itinerary Selection: Recommend cruise itineraries based on client preferences, considering destinations, duration, and onboard amenities.

Booking Management: Handle all aspects of the booking process, including reservations for cabins, dining, entertainment, and shore excursions.

Provide Expert Advice: Offer expert guidance on cruise line options, cabin categories, onboard activities, and excursion opportunities to enhance the client's experience.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the booking process, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests.

Payment Processing: Assist clients with payment processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Documentation Management: Prepare and distribute necessary travel documents, including tickets, itineraries, and visa information.

Follow-up: Conduct post-booking follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any post-booking needs or concerns.

Qualifications:

Willing to develop a strong knowledge of cruise lines, destinations, and onboard amenities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in booking software

Education:

High school diploma

Work Environment:

Flexible schedule may be required to accommodate client needs, including evenings and weekends during peak booking periods.
