Description:
The Healthcare Navigator conducts Medicaid and health insurance exchange application and enrollment activities.
The Navigator will conduct outreach and in-reach activities and facilitate application completion and enrollment requirements for eligible patients and service area residents into affordable health insurance coverage or Medicaid.
