As an Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts receivable functions, with a special focus on customer onboarding, billing, and collections management. Y

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the customer onboarding process by ensuring timely setup and accurate billing information

Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to customers

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries

Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and follow up on overdue accounts

Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and implement collection strategies

Communicate effectively with customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve payment issues

Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline billing processes and improve collection efficiency

Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions and updates in the accounting system

Qualifications:

Graduate or advanced student in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment

Advanced English, both written and verbal (Portuguese is a nice to have)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams

Proficiency in Google Sheets and financial software (experience with Xero or other accounting software is a plus)

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
