This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization that s committed to their patients and making a difference throughout Allentown, PA.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range is based on experience ($165,062.50 - $245,765.89/year)

Incentive Plan Annual Bonus up to 18% base salary

Starting Bonus - $20,000 (linked to 1 year of employment)

Retention Bonus - $20,000 (after 2 years of full-time employment)

Relocation Assistance up to $4,000

Health Insurance Employee: $0-$30.81 biweekly

Responsibilities

Monday Friday (8:00 am 4:30 pm)

Part-time opening available (10 hours weekly)

Must be willing to see pediatric patients (6 months 18 years old)

Average 18-20 patients per day

Bread and Butter Dentistry

Requirements

Clear and active Dentist license in the state of Pennsylvania

DDS/DMD

New Graduates will be considered

Willingness to see children and adolescents

Strong verbal and written communication skills
