We need an exceptional Patient Service Representative whose primary role is to manage inbound / outbound calls on a daily. This position will be cross-trained to back-up the front desk with duties to include check-in/check-out, scheduling patients and managing patient flow. The Patient Service Representative must demonstrate superior customer service, be a collaborative team player and tackle all tasks with utmost professionalism and enthusiasm. Prior experience is not required - we are willing to train the right person.

Job duties of the Patient Service Representative include:

Answer all calls in a timely fashion (50-100 calls per day).

Schedule appointments following appropriate guidelines to maximize schedule density.

Address any and all patient questions and concerns.

Communicate clearly with patients and medical staff.

Obtaining medical insurance information and processing eligibility.

Obtaining proper forms for patient registration.

Entering demographics and payment information.

Other general office duties as required.

Qualifications of the Patient Service Representative include:

Strong Communication (oral and written) skills.

Excellent Customer Service acumen.
