We are looking to add a Bell Person to our team. This person will be responsible for all guest service functions including being responsible for maintaining bell station, greeting guests, overseeing guest luggage, providing directions, assisting the front desk, and delivering items to guest rooms.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry preferred
Able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
Outstanding customer service skills
Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to cross-train in other hotel-related areas.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
Must be able to show initiative, including anticipating guest or operational needs.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Always maintain a warm and friendly demeanor
