Salary: $22.39 per hour to start

Starts at $22.39 an hour // $700 sign-on bonus, Monthly Employee Profit Share Program // paid time off // 401(k) // health benefits.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Schedule

This is a second-shift position, starting at 3:00 p.m. with an estimated end time of 12 a.m. (end time is variable and is based on when the work is completed). Must be available to work: Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays). Number of days worked each week will vary depending on the company's production schedule, and can be anything from 4 to 6 days a week.

The position requires an employee to perform essential functions of the job, including but not limited to the following duties:

Perform thorough cleaning / sanitation of: Processing room surfaces and processing equipment, paying close attention to small areas.

Re-assembling production equipment for next day's production.

Perform dishwashing duties (operating industrial dishwashing machines, manually washing smallwares, pans, etc.)

Return all clean equipment and dishes to proper storage area and maintain organization and sanitation.

Assist in closing out production at the beginning of the shift, with tasks such as: removing finished product from ovens and transporting racks to freezer.

Periodic cleaning of overhead structures and other low-traffic areas of the facility.

Safely use and dispose of cleaning agents and chemicals.

Other cleaning duties as assigned.

Demonstrates an ongoing commitment to food safety and quality by working closely with the company’s leadership team to ensure that high-quality, wholesome products are being produced.

The position requires that an employee be capable of the following:

Successful completion of pre-employment background screening and work-related reference check.

Work closely with others in a team atmosphere.

Meet food-safety requirements, which includes: no jewelry (earrings or other exposed facial piercings, ear gauges, necklaces, watches, rings, etc.), false eyelashes, fingernail polish or fake nails.

Physical Requirements Include, But Are Not Limited To (all times are approximate):

Ability to perform physical tasks, including prolonged standing, bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, reaching, pushing and repetitive hand/wrist movement often throughout shift.

Required to be exposed to physical environment most of the work day, which involves: food debris and odors, constant equipment noise, temperature extremes, wet areas/water.

Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs on a regular basis and up to 50lbs on an occasional basis throughout shift (8-10 hours).

Compensation + Benefits

$22.39 per hour to start (clear path for growth - must be earned)

$700 sign-on bonus after 90 days with excellent attendance
