Position: Financial Advisor
Compensation: Base salary of $75K to $100K with variable comp doubling that (i.e. $150K to $200K)
Location: Greater Philadelphia area

Do you think you have what it takes? Let’s visit. In your role as a Financial Advisor, you can expect to:
Work alongside the entire team to adopt the firm’s philosophies, strategies, values, and standards for your own clients; adopt the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
Work collaboratively with a service advisor that will be assigned to you to help manage the book
Adopt the content shared in webinars and workshops to effectively connect with leads and prospects.
Take on 3-6 new qualified appointments per week, as provided by the firm
Take an active role in the business.
Embrace business development opportunities that arise
Share your ideas and perspectives on the business and the industry
Discover new or updated tools and resources to keep the firm on the cutting edge
Ensure a consistent experience for all clients of the firm through:
Work collaboratively with the firm’s centralized financial planning and tax planning/preparation departments
Continuously maintaining relationships with clients and understanding their unique circumstances, connections, talents, interests, etc.
Responding to client service needs throughout the year
Staying current on trends within the financial planning and investment arena
Qualifications for this opportunity include:
Experience working as an advisor in a hybrid RIA preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Series 65; life and health insurance licenses
FINRA Series 7
CFP® designation, ChFC, or CRPC preferred
Minimum of ten years of experience as an Advisor, 15+ years in the industry
Management of at least $15MM-20MM AUM over no more than 50 households
Experience selling fixed index annuity products
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer desktop skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Office, Sharepoint), Salesforce, Riskalyze, Moneytree, Tax Clarity, Right Capital
Demonstrated closing ability
Demonstrated job stability and commitment to career progression
