Job Description
Hours of operation are 8 am - 8 pm.
Applicant must be willing to work shifts 8 am- 4 pm, and/or 12 pm - 8 pmCompensation:
$16 - $18 hourlyResponsibilities:
Mitigate customer complaints as needed
Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests
Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers
Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information Qualifications:
1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situationsAbout Company
