We are a full-service association management company providing services in the areas of facilities management, financial management and administration.

Condominium Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic Accounting team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring the timely collection of outstanding invoices, and collaborating with various departments to optimize cash flow.Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices.

Monitor and record incoming payments, reconcile with invoices.

Execute effective collection strategies, resolve payment discrepancies.

Evaluate creditworthiness, set credit limits and terms.

Regularly reconcile accounts, investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare periodic reports, analyze trends for decision-making.

Respond to inquiries, maintain positive client relationships.

Ensure adherence to accounting policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

Excellent communication skills, proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2+ years experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
