Position: Human Resources Coordinator (Bilingual: Spanish/English)
Reports to: Human Resources Manager
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay Range: $25 - $32 per hour

The Superior Group is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to help keep our HR operations running smoothly each day. This individual will be a key player in all-things HR operations and will support with data entry, hiring, benefits, and other department initiatives.This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update records for all TSG employees
Help new employees become “Day 1” ready by helping drive HR onboarding action items
Support with benefits enrollment processes and assist with benefit related inquiries
Ensure the accuracy of vendor charges and the timely payments of vendor invoices
Assist in organizing company events

Your Expertise
You have 1-3+ years of professional working experience
Required: You must be bilingual in Spanish/English and you can read, write, speak, and understand both fluently
You earned your degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Bonus points if you previously worked in a HR function
Bonus points if you’re familiar with HCM
