Tactis is adding to its experience delivery team. A qualified Bilingual Support Center Guide has:

Specialized Experience. you have 1+ years working with medical terminology, clinical research, or public health

Call Center Experience. you have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in providing customer service, in a call center inquiry response operations.

Bilingual. you are fluent in both the English and Spanish languages.

Education. you have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Clearance. must pass a preemployment background check.

About this position:

Remote. this position works 100% from a dedicated home office.

Regular. this is a full-time direct hire position.

The Support Center Guide is responsible for using the contact center hardware and software to respond to incoming and outgoing contacts for the customer. Contacts could include calls, emails, chats, and web inquires.
