Parts Counter Specialist: BMW/Mini/Jaguar/Land Rover

Job Description

Midwestern Auto Group (MAG) is currently seeking Full-Time Parts Counter Specialist(s) to serve and distribute auto parts to our technicians, vendors and all customers.

Responsibilities:

* Receive & process all parts orders

* Understand & control parts inventory

* Create bin locations for new stock

* Notify customer(s) on parts arrival

* Notify of shortage & damages discrepancies

* Process accessories & shelving them

* Prepare items for returns & shipping

* Separate orders for each dealership

* Process warranty scrap

* Understand & follow federal, state & local regulations applicable to auto industry

Qualification:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Experience with auto parts sales

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Strong organizational & time management skills

* detail-oriented, strong work ethic
