The Role

Prospera, in support of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), Ministry of Finance, is seeking the services of a qualified consulting firm to deliver consultancy services for designing the Data Warehouse (DWH) for the new Core Tax Administration System (CTAS) and provide technical advice and direct support to DGT in the development of the DWH.

About You

The Consultant shall be financially sound and have been operational for at least three years in providing system development and consultancy services to successfully implement medium to large-scale systems integration and IT solutions in medium to large organizations, preferably in developing countries. The Consultant is expected to provide highly qualified personnel with strong academic background and relevant professional background as well as extensive practical experience to deliver similar tasks as required under the Terms of Reference. The Consultant must also provide work portfolios as a showcase of previous work to demonstrate strong capabilities to deliver the expected outputs within the expected timeline.

Remuneration

Various – consulting firm with multiple roles. Rate is according to DFAT Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF).
