Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and manage the service team, including service engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused work environment.

Service Operations: Oversee service operations, including scheduled maintenance, repairs, and emergency service calls, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries and escalations, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and guidance to the service team, assisting in diagnosing and resolving complex HVAC system issues.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure that service work meets industry standards, Daikin product requirements, and safety regulations.

Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely availability of spare parts and materials for service activities.

Cost Management: Monitor service department budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.

Documentation: Maintain accurate service records, including service reports, equipment maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory.

Training and Development: Facilitate ongoing training and development programs for service personnel to keep them updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in service management, preferably in the HVAC industry.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and Daikin products.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.

Proficiency in service management software and tools.
