Job Description

Growing construction company in Orange County is hiring an experienced Project Manager to add to their team in Anaheim, CA.

This is a full time permanent position with excellent salary and benefits package.

SUMMARY:

The Project Manager will be involved in managing paving and concrete projects for commercial and public use in Southern California. Responsibilities include scheduling, problem-solving, coordinating meetings, managing project documents, and physically inspecting projects in person. Typical duties will involve maintaining professional relationships with clients and vendors, monitoring construction, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and assisting superintendents with project-related issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering or technical discipline

Paving or asphalt experience is a plus

3+years of experience as an estimator and project manager, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical and organizational skills,

Stable job history

California Driver's license, and insurance to drive their vehicle on company business.

Able to multitask and prioritize tasks, project needs, organizational issues, and client relations in the best interest of the company and to make decisions at a management level.Salary Range: $80k-105k/yr. depending on experience levelCompany Description
