Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heating and Cooling Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and repair, as well as excellent troubleshooting skills. The primary responsibilities of this role will include diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers.

• Diagnose issues with HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner.

• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of HVAC equipment.

• Provide excellent customer service, including effectively communicating with clients and addressing their concerns.

• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.

• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continually improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Heating and Cooling Technician or similar role.

• Certification from an accredited HVAC program or trade school preferred.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
