Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience) + Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Company Discounts, EAP program, PTO and Holidays, 401k w/ 6% match and more!

Requirements:

2+ years of upscale dining leadership experience

Well-rounded culinary techniques in a variety of cuisines

Knife, butchery, and recipe-creation skills

Excellent leadership skills with a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

Oversee kitchen operations and be a mentor to all kitchen employees

Manage scheduling, daily ordering, and labor control

Train new and existing kitchen staff on the preparation, arrangement, and plating of dishes

Works in liaison with the front-of-house management team to ensure efficient restaurant operations
