Our client are an industry-leading global producer and distributor, of providing sustainable solutions in nitrogen products and methanol. They have an opening for an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer to join their maintenance team.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize systems.

Provide technical support and advice for improvements.

Diagnose faults, analyze reliability, and report findings.

Ensure project compliance and approvals.

Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.

Review and update equipment specifications.

Guide technicians and recommend reliability improvements.

Optimize DCS health and critical valve response time.

Identify spare part strategies and assess system risks.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with Safety Instrumented Functions.

Implement Management of Change and update documentation.

Requirements

Chemical/Petrochemical background

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

5+ years’ engineering experience supporting environmental compliance in a chemical industry or refining environment. Fertilizer manufacturing experience a plus.
