Position: Enterprise Asset Management Lead – Production Support
Duration: 6-month contract to hire
Location: on site in Reynoldsburg Ohio 43068

Will require travel – all travel paid for – 25%

Must-Haves:
2+ Years of experience working with any Enterprise Systems/ERP or MRP Systems
EX: Syteline/SAP/JD Edwards/Dynamics 365/QAD
Experience working in an Manufacturing, operations, supply chain, logistics, or similar environment
From a Production Support perspective, knowledge, and experience with enterprise resource planning systems, particularly with enterprise asset management sub-systems:
Indirect Item Master – MRO Items used for Maintenance, Spare Parts, etc…
Indirect Purchasing – MRO Supplies & Services, Budget Controls. Electronic Approvals
Indirect Inventory Management – MRO Supplies, Spare Parts, Standardize, Right Size
Project Management – Capital & Expense, Cost & Budget Controls
Maintenance Management – Maintain Assets, Cost of Ownership, Repair & Replace
Excellent communication, experience or willingness to train others
Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for an Enterprise Asset Management Lead over production support. This person will need to work onsite 5 days a week. This person is responsible for learning the current system, advocate for the new systems and tell the users the benefits, and then train users on the new system after implementation, specifically related to purchasing.
In the coming 8 months, the client will implement an updated overall Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution system. This overall solution includes an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) sub-system, consisting of the following business functional areas:
Project Management – Cost & Budget Controls
Indirect Item Master
Inventory Management – Indirect/Expense Type
Maintenance Management
Purchasing – Indirect/Expense Type
It’s a 3rd party software to handle supplier invoices & expense approval workflows electronically, will also be implemented.
To implement the EAM & third party software of the overall enterprise solution, you will be the EAM Production Support Lead, primarily responsible for working with other internal project team members and 3rd party consultants to learn the relevant systems and become a subject matter expert, participate in design sessions and system configuration, facilitate testing and Go Lives, and train key end users at the different locations the client. After implementation, the EAM Production Support Lead will support the business with change requests, troubleshoot ERP/EAM related issues, provide training, and ensure the implemented system is functioning as intended, specifically with regard to EAM functionality its integration with the overall enterprise solution.
Implementation:
Learn the relevant systems and become a subject matter expert.
Participate in design sessions and system configuration.

Train key end users
Ongoing:
Support the business with change requests.
Troubleshoot ERP/EAM related issues.
Provide training, and ensure the implemented system is functioning as intended.
