LMFT to do patient visits in nursing homes, assisted livings and skilled nursing facilities.

Job Title: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Experience: Minimum 2 Years Experience Required

Credential: Must be Credentialed with Medicare

Payment Structure: Pay based on 25% billing or $25 per patient, whichever is lower. Pay will increase by either 20% or $20 per patient.

Billing: All billing done through Holistic Health Care Services

Locations: Los Angeles/West Side, Reseda, Pasadena, San Gabriel, Riverside

Availability: Full-time and part-time positions available
