AR / AP CLERK NEEDED

MUST:

Have knowledge of Quickbooks Online

Be punctual and available to work 8-5 Monday - Friday consistently.

Reliable transportation

read / write / speak english well enough to talk to employees and customers.

Good Work Ethic and pleasant attitude

Legal right to work in the US (documentation submitted to payroll company for Homeland Security Verification)

Preferred:

Construction knowledge / experience

Multi-tasking abilities

Computer abilities

Permit knowledge

Job Description :

Receive customer payments and provide receipts

Enter vendor bills from Purchase Orders

Pay bills and write / print checks

Create bank deposits

Transfer necessary data from CRM software to QBO

Maintaining files

Answering overflow phone calls

Admin support to various departments as needed / time allows

40 hrs+ per week / Paid OT / Paid Lunch break
