As an Insurance Agent, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, providing them with valuable insurance solutions tailored to their specific needs. You will play a vital role in helping individuals and businesses protect themselves against potential risks. We currently are getting more than 300 referrals weekly from our sister company that is a contractor school.
Responsibilities:
Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses who are already a client of sister company. General Liability, Workers Comp, Commercial Auto and Property, Bonds, Builders Rick, and more!
Develop and maintain client relationships
Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
Utilize various sales techniques, such as telemarketing and outside sales, to generate leads and close deals

Experience:
Previous experience in retail sales, insurance sales, or customer service is preferred
Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
