Role
As a Welding Specialist (also known as Welder, Senior Welder), you'll process various raw materials to fabricate semi- to highly complex parts. You'll interpret drawings to fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts to meet tolerances and product operating requirements. You may also lead a highly functional team of welders and ensure adherence to all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality.Benefits

High School diploma or equivalent.
2-4 years of relevant experience or education/experience equivalent.
Proficiency in FCAW, GMAW, GMAW-P, TIG, GTAW, SAW, SMAW, and Carbon Arc welding.
Ability to pass x-ray testing, hydro testing, mag particle testing, and dye penetrate testing.
Able to read and interpret blueprints.
Operation of various hand and power tools.
Must be able to obtain AWS certifications, training provided.
