Now, let's talk about your responsibilities.

As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for the installation and maintenance of fiber optic and copper horizontal systems, catering to a diverse array of projects spanning the Commercial, Educational, and Hospital sectors. Collaboration is at the heart of our operations, and you'll work closely with your team members to ensure the efficient and effective completion of installations. Troubleshooting and repair tasks are part of your routine, where your technical expertise shines. Upholding industry standards and regulations during installations is non-negotiable. You'll frequently conduct site surveys and assessments to strategize the best approach for each project, fostering close coordination with clients and project managers to align with their requirements and timelines. Providing technical support and guidance to our valued clients and end-users is a key aspect of your role, as is maintaining accurate documentation of all installation, repair, and maintenance activities. To keep us at the forefront of industry innovation, staying current with the latest advancements and best practices in fiber optic and copper systems is essential. Above all, your commitment to safety, as you adhere to and champion our safety protocols and guidelines, ensures a secure working environment for all.

Job requirements

BICSI member (preferred)

Must be licensed in the state of New Mexico ES-03J or ES-07J

Must be dependable and hard-working

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good organizational skills

High-quality and detail-oriented installations

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings

Willingness to work extended/irregular working hours

1-2 years of field experience

Clean driving record

Clean Background check result

Able to pass a drug test

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
