Moishe (pronounced moy-shuh) House is what being Jewish in your 20s is all about. Moishe House seeks an Administrative Assistant Contractor, responsible for providing administrative support for the global development team and the Senior Vice President, Global Development, including administrative duties, finance processing, logistics planning, scheduling, meeting orchestration, and data entry. This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Global Development and works closely with the Global Development team.

You’ll provide administrative support for the Global Development Team, and Senior Vice President, Global Development, including:

Managing complex calendaring and travel arrangements.

Organizing and executing global team functions, staff meetings, purchasing supplies, and managing the team’s social events.

Supporting Moishe House International Committee and the UK Board of Trustees.

Processing reimbursement requests, and expense and mileage reports for the SVP, Global Development.

Creating written materials, presentations, and manuals.

Conducting research on the philanthropic landscape and opportunities.

Updating Salesforce and assisting in keeping track of the Global Development Salesforce portfolio.

Coordinating and facilitating group and individual visits to Moishe House globally, including pre-visits and all follow-up.

You have a minimum of 5 years' administrative support experience.

You have a Bachelor's degree, preferred.

You’re bringing proven advanced-level skills and proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

You have nonprofit budget and Salesforce experience, preferred.

You are fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Hebrew, preferred.

You have eligibility to work in the country where you are seeking to work from, without employer sponsorship.

The Fine Print:

The Administrative Assistant Contractor is a part-time (20 hours per week), contractor position, and requires access to a personal laptop device, in addition to 4 weekday hours per day, 5 days per week, with 1 in-person meeting per week in the Kfar Saba area, with the SVP, Global Development. This position is ideally located in the Sharon area in Israel, although other locations outside of North America will be considered, and is supervised by the Senior Vice President, Global Development.

Moishe House requires “full vaccination” for all staff to travel, work in offices, and participate in any Moishe House group gatherings. We use the CDC’s definition of “full vaccination” as the standard, with variations based on country as needed.

How Moishe House Pays You:

This is a contractor position that does not provide health benefits or tax payments; the hourly rate is:

72.00 ILS per hour
