Enterprise Service Manager

Position: Enterprise Service Manager

Reports to: Director of Enterprise Services

Location: Columbus, OH

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000

The Superior Group is looking for an Enterprise Service Manager (ESM) to help drive our electrical service projects forward for multiple customer accounts. The ESM is responsible for managing customer requests, scheduling resources, and ensuring the overall success of the customer’s project. The ESM is also responsible for establishing new customers and growing their own book of business. This role is based at our Headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, and will frequently travel across Central Ohio. This role will be a member of TSG’s Enterprise Service Group.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and manage their electrical service requests

Ensure that service projects are built on schedule and within budget

Proactively identify and land new customer accounts

Closely collaborate with the Foreman and/or Superintendent to drive the project from kickoff to completion

Manage multiple service projects and customer accounts simultaneously

Manage service schedules, billings, and invoicing

Accurately estimate time and material changes and provide timely quotes to customers

Collaborate with various subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of services and materials

Collaborate with the customer to negotiate and resolve issues related to service requests

Maintain a high degree of safety on each and every service project

You enjoy selling (in this case, selling our various service and maintenance offerings at TSG!)

Your Expertise

5+ years of experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical installation

Extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, contracts, and associated costs

Bonus Points: If you have experience using Accubid and/or Bluebeam
