CDL Class A Driver

Job Description

Van Manen Petroleum Group, a West Michigan based company specializing in commercial fleet fueling services, bulk fuel supply and lubricant solutions, is seeking a Driver to join their Transportation Team. This position involves safely transporting various grades of gasoline and diesel fuels to retail, commercial, and unmanned fuel sites throughout western Michigan. No overnight trips. Tuesday-Saturday Nights 2nd Shift or Sunday through Thursday nights

Requirements:

Class A CDL with HazMat & Tanker endorsements

Able to maintain active DOT physical card

At least two years of driving experience with an exceptional safety record

Experience transporting hazardous loads is preferred, but not required

Strong math and measurement skills including the ability to accurately calculate and apply concepts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume

Ability to work independently and have effective communication skills to interact with customers
