Background:

3+ years' of experience as a trust and estate paralegal

Prepare probate fililngs including petitions for probate, inventories and tax returns

Trust administration duties including expenses, distributions and filing returns

Ability to draft basic estate planning and trust-related documents

Bachelor degree is required, Paralegal Certificate is a plus
