A&A Audit Principal- Hybrid

We are seeking an A&A Audit Principal to lead our assurance and advisory (A&A) practice.

The A&A Audit Principal will be responsible for overseeing all A&A engagements, managing client relationships, and providing strategic guidance to clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in A&A services, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all A&A engagements, including planning, execution, and completion of engagements

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional client service

Provide strategic guidance and advisory services to clients, including identifying risks and opportunities for improvement

Supervise and mentor A&A staff, including providing guidance, training, and feedback for development

Stay current on accounting standards and regulations and communicate changes and updates to team members and clients

Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for clients and management

Coordinate with other departments, such as tax and consulting, to provide comprehensive services to clients

Participate in firm-wide initiatives and training programs to enhance professional development
