DEL-AIR Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electrical is a rapidly growing industry leader with seven locations serving Central Florida - Clermont, Davenport, Jacksonville, Melbourne, Sanford (headquarters), Sarasota, and Tampa.

Primary Responsibilities: It will be the Residential New Construction (RNC) Branch Manager's responsibility to provide exceptional leadership, mentoring, training, and motivation to their team and ensure the productivity and profitability of the RNC branch. The RNC staff will report either directly to or indirectly (through their line supervisor) to the RNC Branch Manager, and therefore the RNC Branch Manager will become the lead decision maker for any technical, managerial, administrative, financial, logistical, or client (internal or external) issues that arise. The RNC Branch Manager will also ensure personnel at the branch location will coordinate branch operations successfully with centralized functions at the Del-Air support location in Sanford.

Specific Duties & Tasks:

Direct all operational aspects for multi-lines of business including installation, logistics, prefabrication, and administration.

Assist with plans, developments, and implementing organizational policies and procedures, including selecting revenue streams and geographic-based marketing and pricing strategy.

Coordinate activities of team members to affect operational efficiency and economy.

Meeting, and exceeding branch budget on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Analyze branch department spending requests.

Ensure that planned production levels are achieved and maintained

Hire key leadership at the branch location, and delegate all required responsibilities to the same.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC trade

Prior experience in a management role.

Eligible to legally work in the United States.

Possess a valid driver’s license and able to meet FCCI auto guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle.

Be at least 18 years of age.

Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.

Ability to thrive in a team environment.
