Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for the Tulsa Contact Center. Under the direction of the Director of Call Center Operations, this position will be responsible for administrative functions to help support the contact center, including but not limited to receiving mail, deliveries, greeting guests, managing/ordering supplies, site communications, assisting HR and Talent Acquisition with projects, and assist with community activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Answer, screen and forward (when appropriate) all incoming calls

Welcome and greet visitors and guests upon arrival, directing and announcing them appropriately

Receive all incoming mail and deliveries on a daily basis and sort based on recipient

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access appropriately

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary material for guests and visitors (pens, business cards, business iterative)

Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

Assist Human Resources and Talent Acquisition on projects, such as; onboarding, new hire orientation, assisting job seekers upon walk-in

Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing; photocopying, faxing, etc.

Deliver Site Communications as directed by Director of Call Center of Operations

Work closely with Director of Call Center of Operations with special projects and community activities

Maintain bulletin board with community activities, birthdays, upcoming events

May update calendars and schedule meetings upon request

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

5 years' experience of similar administrative functions

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

Excellent organizational skills

Professional appearance and attitude

Ability to maintain positive and professional relationships

Ability to multitask and be resourceful and proactive

Driven to think outside the box and to help with creative problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and WebEx

Travel up to 10%, must have clean driving record with current/valid Oklahoma Driver License

Adapts and is willing to learn new tasks, methods, and systems.

Reports to work regularly as scheduled; consistently punctual with respect to working hours, meal and rest breaks, and maintains satisfactory personal attendance in accordance with RadNet guidelines.

Consistently adheres to the time management policies and procedures.

Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner.

Physical Demands

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, talking and listening. Visual acuity to read computer screens and written materials. Also, must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Working Environment

Representatives work in a large contact center that is a professional state of the art office environment.

Pay Range $16.50 to $17.50

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, location and training. This pay scale is not a guarantee of a particular wage.

Pay Range:

USD $16.50 - USD $17.50 /per hour
