Job Description
Salary: $50,000-$70,000 plus bonuses

Our team is looking to add a charismatic Business Development Coordinator to assist us in the communities we serve by attending various events, and engaging with local businesses, agents, and insurance adjusters.
We have been restoring the lives and homes of our customers and clients since 1997 by providing a seamless and compassionate recovery after they have suffered a disaster at their property.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling
Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent business-to-business visits
Market and create relationships with other home service providers such as plumbers, HVAC, handymen and remodeling companies
Visit job sites to take before/after photos and get customer testimonials
Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
Manage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/ follow-up accordingly
Attend business networking functions to promote the brand and our local business
Coordinate and manage community and charitable events
Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up
Qualifications:
Desire and proven ability to sell services, preferably in the home service industries
Prior experience with SEO and social media to engage with customers and clients
Willingness to plan and execute community engagement events on a regular basis
Able and willing to represent the company at events after hours and on weekends
Experience with a CRM software and ability to learn new technology
