Sales Representative

Job Description

MUSK Construction is looking for an experienced California–based Sales Representative to sell bathroom and kitchen remodeling services in the Bay Area, CA.

Responsibilities:

On site remodeling estimate conduction

Client proposal creation

Quote presentation (on-site, in-person)

Transferring client to the design team

Leading the client throughout the design stage (DO NOT LEAVE client communication to the designer)

Contract presentation (in person or over the Zoom call on a recorded session)

Contract Follow Up and Signing

Change Order negotiations

Any issues with client that may arise during the project execution (we expect our candidates to be client communication experts)

Self growth and development.

Requirements:

2 years experience in sales (construction, remodeling fields).

Understanding the specifics of bathroom and kitchen remodel & knowing remodeling codes

Compensation plan:

50% from the markup

From $5,000 to $30,000+ monthly (Depending solely on the number and amount of closed contracts).
