Compensation Expectation- $140,000 -$160,000
What You'll Do As a Sr. IT Infrastructure Engineer
Provide daily administration of systems and networks by monitoring, following up on service alerts, identifying if any users are impacted, and providing resolution
Coordinate with vendors on ongoing and new projects, updates, and any issues; including but not limited to:
Networking Equipment (Cisco switches and routers, Citrix ADC Load balancers)
Virtual Hypervisors (Nutanix AOS, VMWare ESXi)
Network Monitoring (OmniCenter)
Physical Servers (Nutanix, Dell PowerEdge)
Remote Access Technologies (Cisco VPN, Citrix XenApp)
Unified Communications as a Service (Zoom, Teams)
Firm's Core Applications and Services (Microsoft Exchange On-line, Aderant Time and Billing, SharePoint)
Microsoft Azure AD / SSO
Security (Microsoft Defender, Zscaler, Palo Alto, Mimecast, Arctic Wolf MSSP)
Backups (Quorum)
Server Administration (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022)
Work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
Provide training to IT personnel on any new updates, upgrades or new systems implemented
Experience maintaining security, and emergency patching and fixes
Serves as technical Subject Matter Expert for the resolution of issues related to Compute Infrastructure including servers, virtualization, and associated components.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Technology or related field required
Eight (8) or more years of experience providing technical support required
Prior legal industry and supervisor experience is preferred
