Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Plant Production Manager at Multisteps US Ltd in Fresno, CA. The Plant Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the production facility, managing a team of skilled staff, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, implementing safety protocols, and coordinating with other departments to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in managing production operations

Strong knowledge of plastic sheet, extrusion and thermoforming production processes

Expertise in implementing and maintaining quality control measures

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to implement safety protocols

Experience in optimizing production efficiency and managing resources

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in computer systems and production management software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and project management capabilities

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
