The Project Coordinator will efficiently assist all project activities to complete goals and deadlines established in relationship with the client.
Responsibilities:
Assists the Project Manager in project management- specific activities
Summarizes all necessary documents to prepare reporting documentation
Prepares project implementation from administrative point of view
Keeps in touch with the project implementation team, plans and monitors activities
Ensures communication between project manager and implementation team
Takes measures so that the project spcific activities happen and the established goals are met.
Performs assigned duties while respecting the quality parametres established by company policies
Informs the direct manager about any problems that affect their job
Ensures continuous professional growth
Keeps confidentiality over information within job/company
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year working experience, ideally in Project Management
Basic understanding of network related hardware and infrastructure
Experience with a Ticketing System
Self-motivated, strong work ethic, results driven.
Highly effective communicator (written & verbal).
Good command of Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English
Capable of multi-tasking and task tracking
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships on different levels in the organization
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
