Platinum Seniors Care is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator responsible for implementing various human resources programs. This is a hands-on role focused on effective recruitment strategies and processes both virtually and in person.

The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to deliver our company’s weekly recruitment needs, especially in hiring CNA’s. The successful candidate should be able to work at the Silver Spring, MD office and be on call a few days during the week and weekend.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 1-year HR experience.

· Highly proficient with MS office suite, various job board applications such as Indeed and hireology.

· Must be organized, be proactive, have ability to work independently and as well as work in a team.

· Must be naturally talented to engage with our employees, maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:

· Reporting directly to the Operations Director, provide over-all support to Human Resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, in-service, employee retention, personnel evaluation, assist in rolling out payroll, employee communication, personnel documentation, compliance, employee discipline and wage and benefits administration.

· Collaborate with the Community relations manager and Staffing coordinators to assess the Caregiver recruitment needs.

· Primarily responsible for putting out recruitment campaigns, actively sourcing out applicants, processing applications and documentations, interviewing applicants and onboarding new employees.

· Assures accurate completion of all required documents timely per agency policy.

· Tracks all required monthly in-services, supervisions, evaluations, disciplinary actions and required health data.

· Work with office manager in carrying out employee surveys.

· Assist in front desk functions as needed.
