SIGN ON BONUSES FOR CURRENTLY LICENSED AGENTS!

Our on-site Relationship Manager position (Customer Service Agent) will involve much more than merely answering phones, setting appointments, and processing payments for existing customers. This is not a remote position. Do you like the thrill and satisfaction of cross-selling to existing clients? Our Relationship Managers hold in-depth policy reviews with our clients, make custom-tailored recommendations for proper coverages, cross-sell to existing clients, and additional clerical duties to help increase customer retention and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Hold annual policy reviews with clients & explain coverages

Find & cross-sell bundling opportunities with existing clients

Process customer policy change requests/endorsements.

Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.

Discuss billing & take payments from customers.

Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

A Property & Casualty Insurance license is preferred but will train & license the right individual.

Must attain Life Insurance License within 90 days of being onboard

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coach able.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Strong work ethic and leadership skills

Driven and goal-oriented individual

Great Customer Service Skills.
