Long-term contract (potential contract-to-hire in the future)

$40 to 46.50 per hour (depending on level of experience)

Seeking a Aloha POS Engineer to join their DevOps team

This person is responsible for working with support teams on Aloha products through the DevOps team. Restaurant DevOps is the last line of support before a vendor is involved with Restaurant technology. The team identifies chronic challenges within the production environment and is empowered to understand root cause and drive the "Problem" to conclusion. The team is also empowered to problem solve for workarounds, document, and educate teams on how to identify the challenge and quickly correct it.

Hybrid environment - combination of cloud and on-prem servers

Agile

Windows OS

Familiarity with OSI Model and application architecture

Powershell is a huge plus

Familiarity with MS Office tools - Excel/Word

Understanding topology and cloud-based computing

Solid written and communication skills

SPLUNK skills are nice but not required

NCR Backoffice (is nice but not required)
