Magento Developer

We are seeking a skilled Magento Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Magento-based eCommerce websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, implement custom solutions, and optimize performance. The Magento Developer should have a strong understanding of Magento architecture, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other related technologies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Magento-based eCommerce websites, including customizing themes, modules, and extensions.

Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Write clean, modular, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.

Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure website stability and performance.

Optimize website speed, scalability, and security.

Integrate third-party applications, plugins, and APIs as needed.

Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in Magento development.

Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing activities.

Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients.

Document technical specifications, workflows, and processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Magento Developer, with a strong portfolio of Magento-based projects.

Experience with module development, pre-built solutions, and ERP integrations (P21).

Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

Deep understanding of Magento architecture, including themes, modules, extensions, and customizations.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development workflows.

Experience with headless CMS/Magento, Laravel and Hyva also helpful.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Magento certification(s) is a plus.
