Overview
The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in the organization by identifying and attracting top talent to meet the staffing needs. This position is essential for ensuring the company's recruitment processes are efficient, timely, and aligned with the organization's goals.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Facilitate the offer process and negotiate salary packages
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations
Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment best practices and policies
Utilize HRIS and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and progress
Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and candidate pipelines
Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
Address employee relations issues, as needed
Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to the management team
Support diversity and inclusion efforts in the recruitment process
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR recruiter or similar role
Demonstrated knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Proficient in using HRIS, ATS, and other recruitment tools
Exceptional interviewing and negotiation skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment
Experience in employer branding and candidate sourcing techniques
Solid understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
Work From Office - 5 and half days a week.
